Manufacturing Process

Before starting the process of using this thickener to make the cleaning liquid, we recommend all cleaning supply manufacturers to rinse all tools with DM water (Demineralised water) to maintain quality and get best results.

Step 1

Take required quantity of DM water in HDPE drum (TDS of water must be below 50)

Step 2

Start stirring water in the drum

Step 3

Add thickener very slowly

Step 4

Continue stirring

Step 5

After completely mixing the thickener in water, add Pine Gel very slowly (Add Pine Gel to water. Do not add water to Pine Gel.)

Step 6

For best results, we recommend cleaning products companies to keep this solution as it is for 10 hours

Step 7

After 10 hours, the scented floor cleaner is ready for filling

Note

For safety purposes, always use appropriate hand gloves, goggles, and mask. If your eyes come in contact with the chemical, thoroughly rinse it with clean water. If irritation persists, immediately contact a medical practitioner.
* Keep the product away from acidic materials like Hydrochloric acid (HCL) and Toilet Cleaner.
